KRG Risk Assessment Process

  1. Consultation:

Our process begins with consultation with senior management, security leadership and other stakeholders, to understand the issues of brand, culture, goals and objectives and set expectations for the assessment.

  2. Information Gathering:

The process includes a systematic gathering of information to identify and prioritize assets, threats and vulnerabilities, current losses, key financial data and existing protection measures.

  3. Analysis:

Based on this information, the KRG analysis examines potential security gaps and proposes prioritized strategies to mitigate risks and protect critical business functions and human assets.

  1. Recommendations:

These strategies, presented in the form of a detailed report and executive summary, identify and quantify the risk relationships between assets, threats, loss probabilities and vulnerabilities. With a focus on the economic return on investment, KRG provides recommendations for the prioritized implementation of security plans, including information, operations, people, facilities, systems and technology, to responsibly secure the corporation.

  2. Follow Up:

During and after implementation, KRG provides feedback and follow up, offering any needed refinements and addressing any new issues.
